A full-time 5 year contract role within a leading Catholic Boys School for years 5 to 12 in Brisbane. For a Human Resources Leader, Employee Relations Leader, Industrial Relations Leader or Head of Human Resources interested in providing strategic direction to the people and processes area of the college.
Requires qualifications in HRM/Industrial Relations/Employee Relations
Salary up to AUD 170000 plus Super

Your normal day includes the following duties:
Developing and implementing a Human Resource Plan for the college
Encouraging a climate of excellence in employment relations
Developing the Human Resource function of the college to meet college needs
Implementing the College Remuneration Policy
Developing and implementing effective and transparent procedures for selection
Ensuring that the college complies with regulatory requirements
Providing appropriate information and/or advice to staff

You will need:
Tertiary qualifications (Bachelors or Masters) in HRM/Industrial Relations/Employee Relations
Minimum 3+ years experience in leading HR/IR professionals
A current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
A current National Police Check
Ability to lead, manage and develop cohesive staff teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
