Lead with Impact: HR Business Partnering Manager 

 Are you a dynamic HR leader ready to make a significant impact on the People Experience within the Disability and Community Services Sector? Multicap Group is seeking a hands-on and strategic individual to take on the role of HR Business Partnering Manager. This pivotal position will lead the HR Business Partnering team, driving performance, and championing initiatives that shape the employee journey across the organization. 

Position Overview: 

 As the HR Business Partnering Manager, you will play a key role in enhancing service excellence across the Multicap group and associated entities. Leading a team of HR professionals, you will be at the forefront of coordinating, organizing, and implementing various projects and programs focused on improving the people experience. This role demands a hands-on approach to drive team performance, build collaborative partnerships, and align People Experience initiatives with business needs. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Drive Team Performance: Lead and inspire the HR Business Partnering and People Systems teams, cultivating their knowledge, experience, and career development. 
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to align People Experience initiatives with business needs, building strong relationships through coaching and consultation. 
  • Data-Driven Insights: Review and analyze business data to identify trends, recommending solutions to improve performance, retention, and overall people experience. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with other HR Centers of Excellence to support the execution of foundational people experience strategies, including workforce optimization, engagement, capability development, employee relations, and more. 
  • Leadership Influence: Partner with and influence leaders to continuously improve and drive workforce engagement, culture, performance, development, planning, and effectiveness. 
  • Tactical HR Initiatives: Lead and deploy tactical HR initiatives, including performance conversations and engagement activities. 
  • Ownership and Administration: Act as the HCM owner and administrator, ensuring efficient and effective use of HR systems. 
  • Change Management: Support Multicap Group’s growth plans and change management programs, including mergers and acquisitions when required. 
  • Investigations and Compliance: Conduct investigations into breaches of policy and procedures, managing responses on any matters referred to external stakeholders as required. 
  • Knowledge Management: Manage and maintain HR-related SharePoint sites and content. 

 Key Skills and Experience: 

  • Demonstrated experience in the Disability and Community Services Sector. 
  • HR Generalist leadership experience within an equivalent organizational size and operating environment. 
  • Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline. 
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and skills. 
  • Hands-on approach to HR process and system improvements. 
  • Proven ability to establish excellent relationships at all levels and provide strategic advice on complex people issues.
