As a Human Resource Compliance and IR Specialist with expertise in Award Interpretation and
Employment Law, you'll play a crucial role in building the best Payroll Compliance Software

Key Responsibilities:
● Compliance Champion: Bring your deep understanding of award interpretation and
payroll compliance regulations to the table. Collaborate with our development teams to
translate intricate compliance requirements into software features that make compliance
a breeze.
● Collaborative Talent: Work closely with cross-functional teams, from developers and
designers to marketing and customer support, to create a holistic software solution that
resonates with clients and exceeds their expectations.
● Innovation Advocate: Stay ahead of the curve by researching emerging compliance
trends and technologies. Infuse innovation into the product's DNA, ensuring the
Software remains a pioneer in the realm of payroll compliance.
● User Champion: Be the voice of our users. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and
continuously iterate to enhance the user experience, making sure that the software
becomes a must-have tool in the compliance arsenal.
● Problem-Solving Dynamo: Tackle complex compliance challenges head-on. Your
analytical prowess and creative thinking will be crucial in solving real-world compliance
puzzles with elegant software solutions.
Experience and qualifications:
● Tertiary qualifications in Law, Human Resources, Accounting, or Employee Relations.
● Strong knowledge of Australian payroll laws, tax regulations, and superannuation
requirements.
● Proven track record of successfully conducting audits, including payroll audits, and
ensuring compliance.
● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Exceptional communication skills to translate compliance jargon into user-friendly
language.
