Hr Driver Waste Management - Townsville

Achieve are looking for an HR Driver with experience in Waste Management for work in Townsville.
You will be responsible for working within the Residential Waste and Bulk Waste divisions.
We are looking for those who have experience in a similar role however, if you have a good history of driving and can follow safety protocols we encourage you to apply. You will be responsible for, pre-operational and close down checks on allocated vehicles,
When you are working with the plant and equipment , you will be responsible for checking it is in good working order and have the ability to report anything that is non-compliant.
You must operate all waste collection plant safely and efficiently.
REQUIREMENTS:

• Current QLD HR class drivers licence
• Have the ability to pass a police check
• Pre-employment medical including D&A checking may be required
• Experience in waste collection preferred
• Demonstrated ability and experience with the operation of the range of waste collection plant used by Waste Services.
• Be able to read, comprehend and write words and numbers as part of established reporting systems commensurate with the position.
• Flexibility to work weekends or public holidays if and when required
• Overtime will apply
• You must possess a teams based culture
