- Leading business transformation within the product remit with a strong focus on using analytics and the adoption of data driven decisions and automated operations.
- Value proposition and Go-to-Market strategy & execution by acting as the voice of the customer across our product portfolios, where you will conduct data analysis and market research to identify and define customer segments based on demographics, behaviours, needs, and preferences.
- Own product development across Optus Enterprise covering Small Business, Mid-Market and Enterprise increasing speed to market whilst reducing cost to market. You will be building the optimal mix of agile and waterfall processes to increase speed of products to market by working with Group IT, Networks and Marketing.
- Vendor governance and rebate management across all partners driving $10M+ bottom-line benefit where you will design and implement a rebate management strategy, optimising rebate programs and enhancing financial benefits for the organisation.
- Product operations and platforms to provide business insights and leadership of product platforms where you will own the operating cadence for the Product team to ensure proactive management of risk, timely delivery, and effective end to end engagement across the organisation.
- You are well equipped to develop value propositions for each sub-segment through vertical-specific propositions or business lifecycle propositions. Enabling you to win new customers and increase tenure along with value for existing customers. Whilst providing thought leadership and lead creation of the next best product and solution recommendation engine; combining analytics and hypothesis-led thinking.
- Experience in the analysis of rebate data and trends find opportunities for process improvements, revenue growth, and cost savings.
- Industry leading enterprise leadership and influencing skills, well vetted in managing relationships (in some cases without delegated authority) with other functions, divisions, and business units. Which is a key dependency for effective performance.
- A firm foundation of experience in EPMO, Transformation, Strategic and Product related roles.
