- Operate machinery and equipment with precision and safety in mind.
- Collaborate with team members to efficiently sort and process metal materials.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations.
- Valid LF (forklift) license is essential.
- Preferred experience with HR/HC licenses for heavy vehicle operation.
- Excavator experience would be a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as part of a rotation schedule.
- Ability to transition to a permanent role.
