Hr Local Representative In Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

As the HR specialist in Riyadh, you will work closely with the Middle East team and GoGlobal’s local partner (BPO) to ensure the following:

• Comprehensive HR operational support on a day-to-day basis managing all onboarding, iqama processing with the BPO, coordinating the GOSI process, monitoring Saudization directives and all other onboarding and HR matters.
• Manage the offboarding process of workers, including final settlements and cancellation of all documents through the support of the BPO.
• Administration support which includes monitoring iqama and Saudi visa document expiry dates, update changes in processes to the wider team.
• Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and regulatory changes in Saudi Arabia and communicate to the teams as applicable.
• Be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries in Saudi Arabia.
• Preparation of employment contracts and other documents related to employee onboarding and post-onboarding requirements by the employee i.e. Salary Letters, Employee Confirmation letters, etc.
• You will be reporting into the Client Solutions Manager.
• Support in any other ad hoc projects being requested.

Requirements

• Work experience as an HR Specialist, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role.
• GOSI, Muqeem, Qiwa, Ministry of HR & Social Development (MHRDS) and work permit practical knowledge.

·         Knowledge in Saudi Immigration, Labor Laws and government liaison.

• Organizational skills
• Good English and Arabic verbal and written communication skills.
• Saudi national.
