Join us as a Human Resources knowledge leader, who influences the development and implementation of HR Policy and procedure across the department. Your people and service focussed attitude and your analytical nature will be your greatest asset, for success in this role.
The HR Policy and Workforce Strategies Coordinator, liaises with management to evaluate, develop, and implement a sustainable policy, procedures and Workforce Strategies across the Department. Analysing and communicating workforce data making an impact on evidence-based decision making and evaluating the performance of HR functions.
This is a permanent full-time appointment. Suitable applicants may be considered for appointment to similar (permanent, fixed term, full-time or part-time) vacancies for a period of twelve (12) months.
To be successful for this position, you need to demonstrate:
1. Experience in a broad range of HR functions, strategies, policies, practices and systems within a multi-disciplinary services organisation.
2. Experience with the application of policies and procedures to operational practice.
3. Understanding of and some experience in workforce analytics, including meeting public sector reporting requirements.
4. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as human resource management, project management, business management, public sector management or other relevant, similar qualifications would be advantageous.
5. Demonstrate the behaviours within the leadership context of , as outlined in the attached JDF.
