Job Description Role Responsibilities: This is not a technical BA role. Whilst the position must be IT savvy, the focus is on the creation, mapping, and implementation of best practice business processes that lead to improved candidate/employee experience and service outcomes. Lead Process Improvement initiatives, challenging and redesigning existing processes Develop a best practice process library and assess completeness of existing processes Facilitate process review workshops to identify key issues and inefficiencies Map current and future state processes to identify areas for improvement Foster clear communication and accountability through role assignment and responsibilities Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions to resolve process issues Streamline processes for increased efficiency and reduced errors Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards by documenting and monitoring processes Produce process design documents and recommend communication materials Establish ongoing process review framework to maintain optimised processes Work with stakeholders to ensure ownership and accountability of assigned processes Develop a plan for…
