Based in Melbourne’s CBD, this government organisation is seeking a HR Project Lead to provide temporary relief working closely with the Director, People & Culture to lead a voluntary package program until 28th of June 2024, with the possibility of extension.
What you'll need to succeed
Qualifications in Human Resources Management, and/ or similar discipline
Demonstrated experience leading voluntary package programs, redundancies and/ or redeployment programs
Proven generalist HR skillset, with strengths across the employee lifecycle, including engagement initiatives
Previous experience working within the Victorian Public Service (VPS) and/ or Australian Public Service (APS) is preferred
