SalaryAre you an expert in the Safety Rehabilitation and Compensation Act? Our client is a small APS agency that is looking for an SRC expert to join the team initially for 3 months to undertake a review of their current compensable and non-compensable cases. This person will need to assess each of the cases and create a strategic plan for the ongoing management of the cases and support successful outcomes.
This review will then allow the broader team and possibly this role to focus on other strategic WHS functions they need to introduce to better support their workforce.
It is an initial 3–4-month fixed term contract at the EL1 level, with a salary range of $110K-$128K plus super with a salary increase of 4% to occur in March 2024.
This role will be based in Canberra reporting to the Director, working closely with their broader HR team to achieve successful outcomes for this review project.
This is a great professional development opportunity for an experienced APS6 to work at the EL1 level managing this project, using their extensive rehabilitation case management expertise.
