Jeffries service a variety of customers from vineyard growers, fresh food farmers, major construction companies and municipal organizations to landscape gardeners… even backyard green thumbs.
About the role
- Safe and efficient collection of organic bins across the wider Adelaide Metropolitan area and Adelaide Hills
- Liase with customers in a courteous manner providing the highest level of customer service
- Accurately record collection details and complete necessary paperwork
- Be covered by the Waste Management 2020 Award
- Comply with safe work practices
The role will include some weekend and public holiday work.
Skills and experience
- A current heavy rigid (HR) license
- A hard-working, can-do attitude and good work ethic
- A commitment to health and safety
- Great knowledge of the metropolitan area
- Be friendly, well-presented and able to provide a high level of customer service
- Experience operating a rear-Lift Truck will be seen as an advantage, though not essential

IMPORTANT
Due to the nature of our work with the public, and some aged care facilities, it is a necessity that all successful applicants are fully vaccinated against the flu. The role will also involve a full physical, fitness examination as well as a drug and alcohol screen.
