RECRUITER | $55k-$80k+ Bonus | CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY | Hybrid or Home-office option available

We are looking for an enthusiastic Recruiter to join our fast-growing company based in Bondi Junction, with possibility of Hybrid or Home-office workplace option for the right-candidate.

The role is quite versatile with a variety of tasks to conduct throughout the week. You will be working with a growing progressive team, with the key responsibility of general office admin, recruiting duties, and other tasks as they occur. The position is full time.

2+ years experience in recruitment would be preferred. Full training and systems will be provided for the chosen candidate who is a quick productive thinker, good problem solver and has a solid work ethic. Good communication skills are a must.

• 2+ years Recruitment experience (not essential but preferable)
• 1+ year Construction Industry Knowledge (not essential but preferable)
• Data entry experience (not essential but preferable)
• Customer and staff service (phone, emails and face-to-face)
• Ability to use Microsoft office, social media and our internal systems (not complex), etc.

• $55k-$80k + Bonus (Depending on candidate experience)
