The Role
Due to internal mobility, an incredible opportunity has become available for a Senior HR Manager to collaborate closely with the Regional Office & lead the HR function for two brands within the group in ANZ. Leading a team of two, the successful candidate will have sound understanding of the broader HR services & solutions, with good knowledge of local employment laws & payroll practices.
Key responsibilities include:
- Ability to handle complexity, ambiguity and have strong time management skills to manage priorities in a multi-brand environment
- Ensure excellent quality towards recruitment needs and the ability to manage high volume of recruitment in stores and/or during projects for multiple brands
- Provide consultation and coaching to the retail leadership team regarding employee relations issues
- Develop and facilitate communication channels to build up a close work relationship among the Management and staff at all levels within ANZ & the regional office.
- Keep abreast of talent market trends and HR best practices and be responsible for all HR regulatory compliance
- Manage HR services and solutions including Manpower planning, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, Succession Planning and Performance Management
- Collaborate with HR team in the regional office on relevant HR topics
- Maintain and make use of HR analytics to recommend and support people related decisions
- Able to lead or drive transversal projects across the HR team to work efficiently and effectively

- Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline
- 10 years of experience as human resources generalist with good exposure to business partnering and talent management, ideally from a premium / luxury retail industry
- Well versed with compliance (e.g. Fair Act) and human resources practices in Australia/New Zealand
- Strong stakeholder engagement with ability to work in a matrix and diverse environment
- Resilient and a true team player
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills, people management, good communications, organized, and a self-starter, good with numbers
- Moderate business travelling required within ANZ, occasional travel within APAC region may be required
