To support our rapid growth rate, we are calling for a fun-loving, ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join the Construction team.
The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (in the Construction sector would be favorable). They will be personable, client-candidate focussed, and know the ins and outs of building and nurturing relationships. Other key criteria will include high levels of organisation and motivation, with an ambition to grow within our dynamic environment.

What do you do?
End-to-end recruitment within the Construction pillar
Use JobAdder to track candidates through the recruitment process
Build meaningful relationships with clients, candidates, and staff
Convert inbound leads while generating your own BD
Add to our vibrant culture with your unique personality
Attend networking events, lunches, and dinners
What do you need?
2-3 years experience in a recruitment role
High computer literacy
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and candidates
A love for human interaction
Ambition, motivation, and a drive to grow within the organisation
