Sitting within a large People and Culture team and reporting into a HR Technology Manager, in this newly created role you will be supporting across the continuous improvement of the HRIS Workday, HR Reporting, HR metrics, dissecting & delivering data in creative ways to Senior Leaders and driving change through data & insights. The role will see you partnering closely with the P&C team as well as the IT department.
About the Role:
You will play a pivotal role within the organisation and will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the ongoing optimisation of Workday & improving dashboards.
- Review & enhance work processes and system management.
- Support the people team with data insights & analytics, by delivering regular reporting.
- Utilising HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR processes, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Experience working in a systems/ analyst position within a HR team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that can be adapted to a range of business scenarios.
- Experience using Workday is desired, however training is available.
- Experience in Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
- Demonstrated success in working in creative and iterative ways to incorporate feedback and develop client-centric solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
