As a HR Systems Specialist, you will be an integral part of piecing together the existing systems and building out a streamlined process for all areas such as onboarding, leave requests and so on. Your expertise in WHS (Workplace Health and Safety), Compliance, and your ability to cater to the requirements of over 10 field teams and site managers will be highly valuable. You will play a crucial role in overseeing project stakeholders, establishing a comprehensive HR framework encompassing onboarding, offboarding, induction, license management, performance appraisals, and leave entitlements. Moreover, you will evaluate and enhance existing IT systems rather than initiating them from the ground up and a general overall audit of their systems.

Do systems and processes excite you? To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding of HR processes and Awards. You will be system Savvy, a self starter who has a keen interest in understanding the why to develop the how. Experience with Employment Hero, Xero, Procore and Dropbox would be favoured. And if you come from a trade or building background even better!
