Telstra Broadcast Services (TBS) is a global media leader with impressive network strength and a proven track record with global broadcasters and content providers.
We are embarking on an exciting project to implement a HRIS, Payroll and Time & Attendance systems to support our people. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful deployment of our HR Technology stack.
*Please note that this role is a fixed 6-month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the end-to-end implementation process of the HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand current business processes and evaluate opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with the vendor to configure and customize the HR systems to meet the specific needs and objectives of the organisation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users to facilitate a smooth transition to the new systems.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery within budget.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, addressing inquiries and providing regular updates on project status.
Requirements:
- Proven experience HR Systems Implementation, preferably with HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Proficiency in system configuration, data migration, and troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and best practice, with a focus on data integrity and compliance.
- Strong understanding of organisational development principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to design and implement training programs around complex system changes.
