Job Description:As an HR Driver, you will be responsible for operating medium rigid vehicles to ensure the safe and timely transportation of goods. Responsibilities:
Medium Rigid Vehicle Operation:
- Drive HR vehicles to transport goods, adhering to road safety regulations and maintaining a high standard of driving.
Load and Unload:
- Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring secure transportation and minimizing damage.
Route Planning:
- Plan and execute efficient routes to meet delivery schedules, considering traffic and weather conditions.
Vehicle Maintenance:
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on the HR vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
- Report any issues promptly and coordinate with the maintenance team.
Documentation:
- Complete accurate delivery documentation, including invoices and delivery receipts.
- Communicate effectively with the logistics team regarding any delivery discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an HR Driver with a valid HR license.
- Excellent driving record and strict adherence to road safety regulations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle loading and unloading tasks.
- Familiarity with Sydney and surrounding areas.
