We have an exciting opportunity to join the P&C Systems team at BOQ Group in the role of HRIS Systems Analyst.
In this role, you will perform analysis of existing business activities, issues, and perform ongoing maintenance of the People and Culture Systems. You will rely on your strong problem-solving skills, to understand the needs and requirements of various business stakeholders and enable the P&C Systems to work in a system-supported environment.
You'll build a deep understanding of the infrastructure, systems, and processes to align with an improved employee experience will be a focus of the role. We will need someone who is able to source knowledge and best practices from their prior experience working with Payroll, HRIS, LMS, Health & Safety, and/or Time and Attendance solutions, to allow you to drive successful business outcomes.
Finally, we are looking for an individual who is adaptable and comfortable in delivering training and support of the systems to ensure they are successfully managed on an ongoing basis.
About you
We are seeking a pro-active, self-starter with exceptional communication skills, stakeholder engagement, expectation management and the ability to explain complicated concepts. You will be analytically minded and curious to gain deeper understandings of complex data and systems. Your existing knowledge of systems such as Vision, SABA, DoneSafe and TalentLink OR similar will be beneficial
