About you:
- Experience working in a busy admin role, ideally within Human Recourses, with exposure to Recruitment and Compliance processes.
- Experience working as a Return-to-Work Coordinator, Handling Claims/ Non Claims and the RTW process of ACCS employees in communication with the insurer, claims officer and specialized RTWC.
- 2+ years’ experience In Human Recourses/ Recruitment in the Disability/ Mental Health Industry.
- Experience with all aspects of recruitment.
- High level of honesty, integrity, confidentiality, and a strong work ethic.
- Experience working with SCHADS award within Homecare and Social & community award.
- Understanding of the NDIS legislation and keep up to date with the industry changes.

About the role:
Human Resources/ Recruitment/Return to Work/ Compliance Coordinator.
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment of Support Workers with specific skills/ qualifications to match participant preferences and support needs.
- All onboarding – Adds, phone screen, compliance, interview, contracts, pay rates, set up rosters, arrange meet & greets/ shadow shifts for matched participants, induction process and monitor feedback on new candidates for 6-8 weeks.
- Liase with client service coordinators and the rostering team leader to ensure participants are receiving the best support, recruit/ retrain as needed.
- Liase with specific RTO to ensure participant specific training is completed as necessary.
- Direct/ follow up with the compliance assistant to ensure all support workers are compliant across board.
- Liase with QEM to ensure compliance for NDIS audits.
- Liase with BDM when new participant enquiries come in, to ensure we have qualified/skilled support workers specific to their support needs, recruit if necessary.
- Handle low level complaints from participants, support workers and office staff.
- Liase with General Manager to complete performance reviews monthly with office staff.
- Complete performance reviews/ performance manage when necessary with support workers.
- 3 nights per month of On call ( After hours emergency line)
- Support Worker Appraisals
- Continuously monitor 100% compliance of VISA’S – DAHMA, working restrictions, VEVO checks.
