Due to continuous growth and project wins, Winslow has multiple career opportunities available for a HSE coordinator to support our urban development projects located across the west region of Melbourne.

THE ROLE

• Partner with operational leads, the wider safety community at Winslow and our client to drive and deliver safety objectives and performance.
• Implementation of Winslow’s safety policies and systems.
• Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and mitigating risk.
• Conducting safety audits.
• Performance monitoring and data analysis.
• Guidance on subcontractor management.
• Providing continual support and coaching.

• Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety.
• For the right candidate, we will support your completion of a Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety if you don't have a qualification.
• Ability to effect change to achieve safety targets over a sustained period with a subcontractor and employee workforce.
• Possess knowledge and ability to evaluate and implement safety policies and procedures.
• Computer and data analysis skills that extend to report collation and presentation.
• Ability to conduct audits; investigations of safety issues and assist in developing improvement plans based on findings.
• Demonstrated ability to develop safety improvement plans to drive and promote safety awareness programs.
• Understanding of a safety philosophy and previous experience with establishing and implementing these systems in a project environment.
