Your normal day will involve engaging and collaborating with Farm Managers to achieve proactive safety standards and practices.
You'll be working effectively across all sites, coordinating prevention, injury management, and Return to Work programs, optimizing productivity and employee well-being. Other duties include
- Maintaining documentation of HSE-related information and communicating it to all Team members.
- Managing RTWSA Injury management, Claims management, and Rehab/RTW obligations and initiatives to minimize incidents.
- Coordinating internal/external HSE audits and developing plans to action.
- Conducting or facilitating training programs for new and existing team members, including remote and online learning programs.
- Working closely with the PCSC Manager to support the Team leaders with leadership principles and practices to enable them to grow their teams’ capabilities.
