Position: Full-Time (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (No weekend work)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Team Coordinator. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, helping them with issues and updates to their products and pricing through our online ticketing system. You will also play a crucial role in managing the workloads and task priorities for our overseas team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional Customer Service through our online ticketing system.
- Assist clients with issues and updates to their products and pricing.
- Manage workloads and task importance for our overseas team of five staff.
- Update products and pricing using our software system.
- Ensure timely completion of tasks and tickets.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Great typing skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer coding experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
