An exciting opportunity now exists for a HSEQ Coordinator to join Programmed, working within our Mining Industrial Maintenance team based in Burswood WA.
Reporting to the Group HSEQ Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting our team in the application of our core HSEQ management processes. You will also be performing HSEQ support to shutdown teams including reviewing client/site risk assessments, influencing HSEQ outcomes with clients and field employees and assisting with investigations to determine root causes and establish corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Lead incident investigation and the implementation of risk controls
- Providing HSEQ support through tender responses
- Support teams being internal or externally audited
- Collating HSEQ information and reporting on the data at regular intervals
- Providing support with the implementation of HSEQ Plans
- Previous HSEQ experience in a HSEQ Coordinator / Advisory role
- Solid knowledge of WA WH&S Act and Regulations and Workers Compensation Act
- Current Drivers License
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a cooperative team & willingness to help others
