Address We are seeking expressions of interest from highly skilled and motivated HSEQ Managers to lead our clients Health, Safety, and Environment initiatives. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our employees and the protection of our environment.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective HSE policies, procedures, and programs in line with industry standards and regulations. Lead and drive a proactive safety culture throughout the organization. Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement. Oversee incident investigations, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote HSE awareness and compliance. Monitor and report on HSE performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with relevant HSE legislation and best practices, implementing necessary changes to maintain compliance. Managing and mentoring a team of 4 HSE Advisors. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the Civil Construction Sector Minimum of a Diploma in OH&S Lead Auditor Qualification Extensive experience with FSC accreditation Proven experience in Auditing Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices with a thorough understanding of ISO9001 Demonstrated leadership skills, fostering a safety-first culture and driving positive change. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Analytical mindset, capable of identifying trends and implementing effective strategies.
