Human Pharma Sales Administrator (12-month contract) - 207674

THE POSITION


The purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to the Human Pharma Field Force with particular attention to the BI and Fher GP Teams.
Tasks & responsibilities:
Sales Administration
€¢ Work closely with BI and Fher GP Teams to provide a high level of administrative support, both
proactively and on request such as travel coordination for representatives and HCP speakers, educational meeting coordination including invitations and veemail and general administrative tasks on request
€¢ When required provide function information to Marketing Administrators to enable them to
provide pre-meeting function packs for HCPs to representatives.
Customer Focus and Communication
€¢ Respond to internal and external customer enquiries in a timely manner. This includes phone calls
and emails forwarded from reception.
€¢ Provide a smooth flow of information and resources between Head Office and the Human Pharma
Field Force.
€¢ Set up and support effective communication channels with internal and external customers.
Results Orientation
€¢ Work closely with the BI and Fher GP Teams to understand and anticipate their administrative
needs and deliver high quality solutions.
€¢ Ensure tasks such as travel bookings and functions invitations are actioned within a timely manner,
please refer to the Sales Admin Team Charter.
Occasional Duties
€¢ Management of business cards and name tags, distribution lists and reception relief
Requirements:


€¢ Highly efficient and organised
€¢ High level of interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
€¢ Strong stakeholder management skills
€¢ Outstanding time management skills
€¢ Proficient in Microsoft Office
€¢ Ability to work to deadlines
€¢ Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and complete all to a high standard
€¢ Ability to work under pressure / manage stressful situations successfully
€¢ Internet and technology savvy.
