AddressTechforce has partnered with one of Perth’s industry leading companies within the construction field in search of a Human Resources advisor to work with the HR department on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within this field in particular the mining industry. This will also include everything from recruitment, employee relations to employee benefits and compliance with labour laws.
Responsibilities:
As HR advisor the successful candidate will have a close working relationship with senior HR management to expand and grow the company through recruitment and onboarding.
The ideal candidates will also:
- Liaise with external companies in order to book inductions and training for candidates.
- Mobilisation of candidates including, medical and travel booking.
- Prepare advice and support to managers and employees on workplace-based issues.
- Conflict resolution within the workplace and site based issues.
Salary and working hours:
Working hours: Monday – Friday 08:30-16:30
Previous experience:
The successful candidate will have previous experience with all of the above and will have a great understanding of processes for site inductions including proven experience engaging with tier one clients.
