Your Role:
We're excited to announce an opening for a full-time HR Administrator to join our dynamic Sydney team, This Office based role is at our Lane Cove West office (NSW). In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our HR team and Operations, offering essential administrative support and assisting with the recruitment and onboarding of both office and site-based positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
- Support management and the HR team with daily operations
- Maintain and update our HR CRM
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist with disciplinary matters as needed
- Perform general office administration tasks
- Provide support to other departments when required
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a confident and polite phone manner
- Keen attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (intermediate to advanced)
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Eagerness to learn and expand your knowledge across various business areas
- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist the team in any capacity
Desirable Qualifications:
- Experience in a company with a majority of construction site-based employees
- Familiarity with the UKG HR program, as we are currently implementing this new system
- Valid driver’s license
- Relevant university degrees or training in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
