About us
Kinder Caring has been dedicated to addressing the unique challenges of caring for people in their own homes since it was established in 1998. We have remained a family-owned and managed business, and our core beliefs have not changed since our establishment. We believe that home care is not just about clinical needs but is also a lifestyle choice. It is our mission to provide the care and support necessary to allow our clients in aged, disability and palliative care to remain at home in a familiar environment, despite age, ill health, or disability.
Our services are provided 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and include tailored in-home care and nursing support to people of all ages with low to high complex needs. Our team has extensive experience supporting participants with high-care or complex support needs.
Our team of support workers are required to complete a comprehensive recruitment process and are selected based on their understanding, compassion, and experience in providing quality care services. We then match each carer with clients based on personality, skill set, and experience. We continue to educate and support our carers with ongoing education and training, all overseen by our experienced nurses.
Behind our team of care workers, is an organisation with a strong commitment to continuous improvement. Since 2012, Kinder Caring has achieved Certification to the Attendant Care Industry Standards (ACIS). Before that, in 2003 we were the first organisation of our type to receive accreditation from the Australian Council on Health Care Standards (ACHS). We are a Registered Provider for the NDIS, icare in New South Wales, NIISQ in Queensland, and the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and WorkSafe in Victoria.
We are currently operating in all metropolitan areas of Sydney, Newcastle and the Hunter region, Melbourne, the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
