The Role
Reporting to the Director, Human Resources Asia, this is a key role which is responsible for driving the day-to-day on-site Human Resources function for the Bunbury operations. As a key part of the on-site leadership team, the Human Resources Generalist will provide Human Resources operations and business support, across four locations. This will include:
- Payroll and benefits
- Recruitment (permanent and seasonal)
- Labor relations / agreements
- Employee welfare
- HRIS upkeep
- Training and compliance
The Person
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following:
- Human resources business support experience
- Contemporary knowledge of Australian workplace legislation
- Australian payroll experience
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Strong communication skills and experience working with HR systems
- Capacity to work in the Bunbury region (50km proximity)
