Job Description:Work with Mars Wrigley Ballarat, become the newest valued member of our chocolate loving team as the
Inventory Coordinator.In this role you will be an integral part of the day-to-day factory operations, you will own the on-site inventory accuracy, stock take disciplines, inventory error management and stock adjustments. You will be part of the wider factory conversations and add to the continuous improvement initiatives, whilst being the expert in all things inventory.
What are we looking for?- Proven experience working in an inventory management role
- Supply chain experience is desirable
- Experience using SAP is essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Developed technical understanding of planning, ordering & inventory control
- Excellent attention to detail
What will be your key responsibilities?- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure accuracy of inventory and identification of root causes
- Control on-site inventory accuracy
- Review and correct backflush (consumption) errors, review and correct process message errors from factory systems
- Review and edit process orders for incorrect materials included on standard recipe
- Perform cycle counting and stock takes for raw materials and packaging
- Work closely with Q&FS to ensure timely incident investigation, risk assessment and stock disposal decision
