Veolia is now seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join our team based in Perth. Reporting to the Energy Services Manager, your role is to work as part of a team of technicians, carrying out operational, maintenance and repair work on a range of heating, ventilation and air-conditioning installations within a broad area or on-site.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Carry out planned and unplanned service, maintenance and commissioning of all types of Trane and other Chiller Plants, Air Handling Units and Unitary Air Conditioning Systems
Accurate and timely completion of required paperwork related to work performed
Participating in the call-out roster
Fostering and maintaining professional working relationships amongst technicians and apprentices and continually demonstrate the ability to work within pairs and smaller teams
Comply with all safety, company and statutory policies and procedures at all times
Actively participate in all company facilitated training and service meetings as required by the company
Maintaining Veolia€™s uniform and appearance standards
Maintain a company vehicle and allocated tools in accordance with company policies
As required by the company, facilitate on-site training for technicians/apprentices as well as supervise work performed by an allocated apprentice.
Quote and bring leads of small service repairs
To be successful for this role ideally you will have:
Relevant Trade qualification in HVAC
Restricted Electrical License
Construction White Card
Current ARC Licence
Experience in all types of Air Conditioning Systems from large commercial buildings to unitary package systems
Drivers Licence
Computer literacy
Developed written and verbal communication skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with internal and external customers
