Job Summary

As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC systems in commercial settings. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring optimal system performance, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heating systems, ventilation systems, and refrigeration systems.
• Conduct system installations and upgrades, ensuring proper equipment functioning.
• Diagnose system issues using diagnostic tools, technical manuals, and industry best practices.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repairs, and offering preventive maintenance recommendations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations, promoting a safe work environment.
• Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance activities, and parts inventory.
• Stay updated on industry advancements and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Certificate III in refrigeration and air conditioning 
• Electrical disconnect/reconnect (D) permit
• 5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a strong background in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
• Proficiency in reading drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts when required.
