The company is based in Meadowbrook and work on a range of Commercial sites across Brisbane metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs. The role would involve installs as well as performing DLP maintenance on a range of HVAC equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine installs, service, inspections, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems.
- Collaborate with clients to address their HVAC concerns, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining positive relationships.
- Keep accurate records of service visits, maintenance logs, and equipment specifications.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
