About the opportunity
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, as the Hybrid Sales Representative role; you will be responsible for CNS product sales and promotion activities with healthcare professionals and customers across the Greater Perth.
Duties
- Achieve territory sales objectives for all promoted products
- Implement territory plan of action, including field call activities
- Promote products, using sales cycle promotional material
- Execute tailored call preparation and call review process
- Develop and revisit regularly a territory business plan to optimise growth opportunities and achieve sales
- Identify and implement key tactics to maximise territory selling efforts
- Optimise reach and effective customer interaction of targeted customers
- Continuously gather insights in territory through interactions with customers and adapt tactics and drive growth
- Offer tailored solutions in response to the customers’ needs and support territory growth.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Sales experience in pharmaceutical industry
- CNS/Psychiatry product experience ideal
- Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, etc)
