Hydraulic Technical Solutions is an independently owned and fully mobile company who provide a range of hydraulic repairs, servicing and fabrication options right to your door. Our mobile hose van is optimised to cover a range of issues. We take satisfaction in knowing we provide professional, efficient and the highest quality of service to all clients, no matter how big or small the job is. With our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Hose Technician to join our energetic and ambitious team fulltime.

The role:

This role is a hands-on position for a fulltime mobile Hydraulic Hose Fitter to assist with breakdown work and workshop tasks. You will be required to problem solve and display initiative in the field to ensure our client’s requirements are met beyond expectation and without major interruptions. You will be representing Hydraulic Technical Solutions, therefore the role requires a technician who can show maturity and professionalism, to assist in maintaining and developing our client network. It will be the responsibility of the successful candidate to ensure the mobile hose truck is clean and stocked at all times.

To be successful for this role, the applicant should demonstrate the following:

- Trade qualified or have adequate hose tech/mechanical background experience.

- Have a ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to succeed personally and on behalf of the company.

- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and takes pride in workmanship

- Ability to work both individually and in a team environment as well as in high pressure environments.

- Well-presented and customer service focused with strong numeracy and communication skills

- Hold a current Australian drivers license with no restrictions (manual preferred) and Forklift Ticket (optional, but preferred).

- Australian resident

The successful candidate will be offered the following benefits:

- Fulltime position (Monday – Friday)

- $45 to $55 per hour plus superannuation
