Hydraulic / Lubrication Technicians

With a national network across Australia, Cooper Fluid Systems provides hydraulic, pneumatic, lubrication and fluid transfer solutions to customers throughout Australia. If it involves moving oil, grease, water, air, or fuel, we take pride in being able to design a system for it. We are recognised as an industry leader across the mining, construction, manufacturing, agriculture and defence industries.  
 
Due to our rapid growth in Carole Park, we have a requirement for Hydraulic Service Technicians who enjoy working in a workshop or on customer sites in the Brisbane region.
 
If you want to progress your career or change career paths, we are looking for: 

• Light Vehicle Mechanics; 
• Small Engine Technicians; 
• T/a’s / Service personnel that wish to challenge themselves more and grow a career;  
• Fitters, Turners & Machinists; 
• Personnel with an eye for detail and enthusiasm to learn new skills; and
• Enjoy working in a workshop or on customer sites

We fully train all employees.
 
About your new role
 
You will be working with the following: 

• Lubrication systems;  
• High force tooling; 
• Hydraulic systems; and 
• Pumps. 

This is a key role within the business where your main duties are as follows: 

• Complete all administration of job records accurately and efficiently;
• Ensure that work is carried out to the highest quality level;
• Ensure that customer service levels are of the highest standards; and
• Ensure continuous improvement to service levels and always be looking for ways to improve productivity and efficiency. 

Criteria
 
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: 

• A solid mechanical background and aptitude;
• Be able to learn new systems and processes quickly;
• Happy to work in a workshop or customer site and remote locations across QLD
• A strong commitment to adhering to safe working practices;
• An eagerness to take on certified training and develop your skill set;
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; and
