The Role
This is a full-time position for an Account Manager based in Melbourne, VIC. The role involves managing and expanding client accounts, creating and executing sales strategies, and meeting sales targets for both new and existing accounts. The Account Manager will also establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
Our services encompass IT support, networks, security, cloud, collaboration, and mobility solutions. Common opportunities include LAN, WAN, Cloud and Security solutions, and Managed Services clients.

Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Foster solid and collaborative relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate for their ICT needs.
- Account Growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your existing client portfolio, recommending solutions to address evolving business needs.
- New Clients: Research leads and new business. Help generate Proposal/Tender documents to go out for sale. Communicate with potential customers to help support the sales process.
- Technical Understanding: Maintain a fundamental understanding of your BluBiz core services across Networking, Cloud, Security, Collaboration, and Mobility to address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in identifying and acquiring new accounts.
- Prior experience in account management, sales, and customer service.
- Knowledge of the ICT industry.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
