The Opportunity:
Opal HealthCare is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ICT Applications Business Analyst to join our dynamic ICT & Business Improvement team and work across a program of exciting technology projects. You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring the effective utilisation and optimisation of ICT applications across our residential aged care communities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of operational efficiency and the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
Your Responsibilities:
- Work with the team in the process of evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing IT systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions
- Develop and maintain detailed business process models and workflows.
- Provide support with data mapping, cleansing, extraction and transformation
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure the delivered solutions meet the business requirements including the development of test cases.
Requirements:
- A seasoned Business Analyst with a proven track record with 5+ years successful delivery of key projects
- Previous experience working as a BA within large programs of work, with multiple streams and dependencies
- Minimum 2 years experience within a Salesforce program with functional, technical knowledge of Salesforce
- At least 2 years experience with Clinical Information Systems preferred but not essential
- Superior organisation skills with outstanding accuracy and attention to detail
