The Role

The business is seeking an ICT Applications Business Analyst who will collaborate closely with various stakeholders (HR/Finance/Legal/Risk/ICT) to design and develop systems, ensuring business requirements are met. Responsibilities include analysing existing systems, conducting research to refine priorities, building relationships with users and technical teams, providing technical advice, and distilling business needs into actionable options.

The role sits at the core of the organisation's ambitions, services, and operations, with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement. This involves delving into existing systems and processes to ensure they align effectively with strategic ICT goals. The right person will have the chance to uncover valuable insights through both qualitative and quantitative research, guiding the evolution of business priorities. Your Profile

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in digital front-house and/or back-house applications, coupled with demonstrated business acumen and exceptional communication and presentation skills. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, they can effectively narrow down data and detail while also understanding the bigger picture. Demonstrated experience in delivering innovative agile initiatives in high-performing teams, along with proficiency in Jira/Confluence for project management, is essential.

Most importantly, they should possess the ability to drive ideas from inception to delivery, demonstrating a strategic mindset and the necessary skills to ensure successful outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills are also essential for this role.
