About the Role
As part of the Finance and Commercial Services Directorate, the Information Management Branch's responsibility is to enable business through innovative, agile, and reliable Information and Communications Technology Systems and Services.
The Information Management Branch manages a large and complex network that supports over 2000 staff and 300+ applications across the whole state. It delivers ICT Services for the whole organisation with a mix of cloud and on-premise technology.
In this role, you will identify, define, and recommend opportunities for the improvement and enhancement of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) products and services. You will provide specialist support in the formulation and maintenance of standards, processes and procedures relating to the use of ICT products and services.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, solutions focused professional with strong problem-solving capability. Your ICT expertise will support you to build relationships and work collaboratively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. As an experienced ICT professional, you will be able to demonstrate relevant experience in understanding ICT business requirements and engaging with stakeholders to ensure their ICT needs and expectations are fulfilled.
