In addition, they perform diagnosis and fault resolution on tickets of work raised by centres, CSO teams and from automated workflows.The ICT Support Specialist provides technical support, manages technical escalation from the Centre Support Partners, creates and maintains support documentation, maintains hardware and software assets and participates in projects as required.Your Impact:Support, configure and administer IT services and technologies with a focus on automation utilising Powershell scripting or other relevant solutions, potentially including - but not limited to:
- PureCloud and other cloud-based telephony solutions
- Voice (VOIP) and mobile data solutions
- Mobile and remote computing (Windows 10, IOS, Android, Meraki MDM)
- Cloud based systems such as Azure & Office 365
- Citrix, Windows Server, Cisco Meraki networking
- Systems Centre Configuration Manager and Endpoint Protection
