A local not for profit within the NDIS sector is looking for a Systems Manager to join their team and lead the development and maintenance of their business critical systems. This is a permanent full-time position based in Hobart.
Your new role
As the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building strong and effective partnerships with functional stakeholders to reflect organizational priorities
- Being the technical expert in the Salesforce business critical system
- Leading the enhancement of our functional solutions including CRM, HCM, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Financial, Asset Management, Point of Sale & Business Intelligence
- Providing Business Analysis support
- Providing a focal point for the continuous improvement of systems
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Practical knowledge of enterprise solutions, including Salesforce
- Stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Written and oral communication skills
- Solid understanding of the systems development and support lifecycle
- Ability to work with a multidisciplinary team
- Logical and structured decision-making with a high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Current Working with Vulnerable People Registration (or ability to obtain)
- Experience in the NDIS sector would be highly regarded
