ICT Technical Delivery Manager withNV1 clearance- CanberraThe Cyber Security and Networks Branch is seeking a skilled ICT Technical Delivery Manager with experience in delivering Cyber Security and Information Technology projects. The role requires working under limited direction with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver a range of projects for the Cyber Security, Cloud, and Networks Branch over the next 12 months.Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for the definition, documentation, and successful completion of complex projects.
• Adoption and adaptation of project management methods and tools.
• Ensuring effective project monitoring and control processes, including change control, risk management, and quality assurance.
• Monitoring and controlling resources, revenue, and capital expenditures against the project budget.
• Managing the expectations of key project stakeholders.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven ability to define, document, and successfully complete complex projects.
• Proficient in project management methods and tools, ensuring effective project monitoring and control.
• Strong financial oversight skills, including resource, revenue, and capital expenditure management.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Project Management Qualification.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex IT projects.
• Previous experience in an Information Security or Cyber Security environment.
• Minimum NV1 security clearance.
• Canberra work location with 3 days/week in-office.
