We are currently seeking a Full Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in Sunshine.


The role

Reporting to the ICT Business Solutions Lead, we are seeking an ICT Vendor Management Officer who can bring their skills and experience to:

  • Be responsible for delivering procurement projects across IT-related processional services, hardware, strategic software and cloud solutions, and technical infrastructure.
  • Act as the central point of contact for all ICT/technology-based vendor and supplier management.
  • Deliver across the full procurement lifecycle, including category planning and sourcing strategy to tendering, execution and contract management.


To be considered you will have:

  • Relevant degree qualification (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Business Administration or a related discipline)
  • At least 3+ years of practical experience in ICT Procurement/Contract function, i.e., Software, Hardware, ICT Services, Vendors and Contractors
  • 3-level Federal Acquisition Certification in Contracting (FAC-C) preferred
  • Knowledge of supporting Operations (BAU), ICT Projects and associated activities
  • Knowledge of ICT/technology including, but not limited to, licensing, software, hardware, on-premises and cloud products (e.g., SaaS, IPaaS) and managed services.
  • Local government experience is desirable.
