Your Role Will Involve:
- Conducting in-depth analysis of our identity management systems to identify opportunities for improvement, in particular Sailpoint for UAM and Identity Governance
- Collaborating with IT and security teams to develop strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Leading the charge on implementing new solutions, ensuring they meet our high standards for security and user experience.
- Keeping a pulse on industry trends to ensure our practices are ahead of the curve.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate:
- Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent competency
- An understanding of Identity and Access Management capabilities and processes, in particular within Sailpoint
- Knowledge of cyber security capabilities and products and how they apply to IAM, in particular within Sailpoint
- Proficiency with analysing data and producing reports and metrics, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Experience with PowerBI is beneficial
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with significant influence, establish impactful stakeholder relationships and build engagement.
- Sound analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret needs and recommend appropriate solutions within a changing environment
