Our Opportunity

As a Solution Analyst, Compliance, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and operation of Mirvac's technology infrastructure to ensure a high quality, secure, stable, foundation on which the platform and product teams can create exceptional user experiences, while ensuring the day to day technology needs of end users are both met and exceeded.

Please note this is a 14-month fixed term contract.

Your responsibilities will include:

· Develop/update procedures to both improve controls and to ensure alignment to IT Policy/Strategy/Security Frameworks.

· Collaborate with the Foundations team and other Digital@Mirvac teams to ensure compliance with IAM procedures, inclusive of new products being developed.

· Manage the User Access Reviews (UAR):

· Using SailPoint IdentityNow;

· Of all in-scope applications and where agreed increase scope of applications;

· At the designated timing and complete in accordance to defined procedures.

· Conduct analysis of Access breaches to Mirvac's technology portfolio.

· Develop, review and improve procedures to ensure compliance to Policy, seeking approval for any changes.

· Perform weekly reviews of stale accounts from Active Directory or in-scope applications, and action as deemed appropriate with account owners.

· Validate privileged access assignments as alerted through Varonis or other means to ensure approvals granted for privileged access.

· Maintain ownership of SailPoint IdentityNow.

· Perform proactive audits to ensure assigned privileged access is in accordance to process.

· Collaborate with Internal or External auditors on any assigned audit activity providing required information to achieve the required audit outcomes. Act with integrity and transparency when interacting on the assigned audits.

· Address IAM or team assigned requests escalated from ConnectIT to support the needs of our business users by following the Service Delivery Framework to provide exceptional level of support for incident, service request, change and problem management.

· Maintain the highest levels of end user satisfaction through quality, timely, support within the defined service level agreements.

· Timely and quality updates of logged requests utilising the ITSM Tool.

· Manage and address assigned audit findings through to resolution, follow-up with other assignees to ensure they have addressed findings.

· Review compliance to process as assigned by reporting manager, follow through with findings to address any gaps.

· Analyse service request tickets biannually and report trends and opportunities that will reduce non-value adding tickets related to IAM.

· Contribute to improvement in the way we work (e.g.: process, development of a script to automate).

· Keep abreast of developing technology, recommend new solutions and changes to processes.

Your point of difference

To be successful you will have moderate experience in technical support, access management operations and developing procedures. Whilst holding tertiary qualifications in information technology.

Experience in identity management concepts with experience administrating Microsoft Office 365 and Active directory, as well understanding of ITIL concepts and applying through ITSM tool.

You will have strong problem-solving skills with the ability to utilise the tools available for research, excellent stakeholder management with a strong customer centric focus.

Finally, you will take a proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to improve system and procedural efficiency and effectiveness and resolve issues as they arise.
