An exciting opportunity exists for a Imaging Informatics Assistant to provide administrative and basic technical advice and support to clinical and other users of the systems in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legislation for multiple high-level Radiology Information systems in Medical Imaging within the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS).

Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key responsibilites include:

• Demonstrate extensive knowledge (or a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and understand) the RIS/PACS AGFA Scheduler and Enterprise Imaging environments, including external connections.
• Coordinate the transfer of Medical Imaging objects to and from the Picture Archive Communication System (PACS) system and ensure this is conducted in compliance with patient privacy requirements.
• Ensure Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) records are accurate in all systems and are availability to clinicians to improve patient care.

Remuneration value up to $9237 p.m., comprising salary between $3380.20 - $3724.00 p.f., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4) (temporary position available for six months, with possible extension).
