We are a leading international shipping line who is seeking a new Import Documentation officer. You will work as an integral part of the Import Documentation team in order to release delivery orders and perform Import Documentation related tasks whilst maintaining a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Liaising with customers and answering any queries
- Communicating with overseas offices and agents where required
- Releasing EIDO's
- Receipting payments
- Maintaining functions in global system
- Answering emails and telephone calls
- Assisting customer service team to ensure clients documentation requirements are satisfied in timely manner
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Must be efficient and punctual
